We’re putting the “fun” in “fundraiser” at this festive event! Gather at The Avalon on Cinco de Mayo for margaritas, a delicious Mexican-inspired meal, live Flamenco music, and plenty of opportunities to support the Alzheimer’s Association Walk. We’ll be raffling off a variety of gift baskets packed with goodies (with 100% of proceeds benefitting the Alzheimer’s Association), and we’ll also be holding a 50/50 raffle. The ticket sales total for this raffle will be split between the winner and the Alzheimer’s Association, so it’s a chance to support a great cause and maybe win a little money yourself!
This celebration offers a fantastic opportunity to grow our vibrant, caring community, so we’re offering an exciting incentive to residents who refer a friend or family member. Refer a new resident to The Avalon and earn $3,000 for each new lease signed by June 30, 2025.
